Registering of business entities in Slovakia

BASIC Service Package
- Electronic submission of all foundation documentation to the Slovak Business Registry Office on behalf of the client
- Thanks to the electronic submission of all documentation the package price is lower than the Business registry fee (paid in official stamps) when the submission is made in person
PREMIUM Service Package
- Preparation of registration documentation for the Trade License and Business Registry offices on behalf of the client
- Submission of all documentation on behalf of the client
- Pick-up of the documentation
- Tax office registration
- Communication with all authorities in connection to the registration process on behalf of the client
- Thanks to the electronic submission of all documentation the package price is the same as the Business registry fee (paid in official stamps) when the submission is made in person. You will not pay a Euro more for the services that we provide
ALL INCLUSIVE Service Package
- Preparation of the Foundation Charter and the Code of Rules for the newly established business entity (both documents are required for the registration process)
